The Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for the overall development and implementation of the Sales Training program for Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs). The responsibilities encompass development, delivery and oversight of the training development programs for both new hires and existing staff. The position directly manages the PCC new hire training, in partnership with the aligned Manager of Business Development (MBD) for the first 90 days of employment. Additionally, the Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for all content and facilitation for the Advanced Selling 201 Class. This position works directly with the VP of Sales and the MBDs to create on-going sales training content and delivery.  

 

My commitment will include:

  • On-going program content and training logistic delivery
  • Developing and managing 90-day new hire training content.
  • Field time with new hires in collaboration with MBDs and assigned Mentors.
  • Developing Mentor Program content and operational delivery.
  • Researching and integrating state-of-the-art training mediums and content to enhance the training program.
  • Attending MBD meetings and representing all departmental Sales training content.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School. Minimum of an Associate Degree required in field of study or proven work experience in health related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Home Health and Hospice Sales Experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and anticipate department’s daily training needs. Ability and willingness to travel 100% within the GLC service area. Ability to independently research and develop training content specific to department’s needs. Knowledge of medical industry. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to take direction and teach back to others in a positive motivational way. Strong skill set with Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrate ability to learn new computer software and multi-task. Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace.
