The Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for the overall development and implementation of the Sales Training program for Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs). The responsibilities encompass development, delivery and oversight of the training development programs for both new hires and existing staff. The position directly manages the PCC new hire training, in partnership with the aligned Manager of Business Development (MBD) for the first 90 days of employment. Additionally, the Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for all content and facilitation for the Advanced Selling 201 Class. This position works directly with the VP of Sales and the MBDs to create on-going sales training content and delivery.
