The Associate Analyst, Organizational Strategy and Development is responsible for the completion and management of various projects delegated by the CSO, involving matters of significant impact to the organization’s overall growth and strategy. This position establishes and maintains effective and efficient systems for the analysis, synthesis and the evaluation of data/written information including internal and external data, market intelligence, demographic and key payer data among other data sources important to the organization’s strategic direction.


My commitment will include:

  • Gathering, generating and disseminating data/written information to the CSO and other members of the executive and leadership teams and presenting complex market, strategy and business concepts into executive-level presentations and analysis.
  • Assisting with the daily operations of the Strategy Department, and completing all delegated assignments are completed in a confidential and timely manner and within budgetary guidelines.
  • Supporting the CSO and individual projects as needs develop.



  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.  
  • Experience: 3 years’ experience in a business setting, including market and business analytics required; consulting experience preferred.
  • Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively with staff, office and direct care personnel to complete projects which significantly impact the organization. Requires excellent organization, follow-up and attention to detail skills. Must be able to demonstrate excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook software application. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate computer equipment, Fax and photocopy machines is necessary.
