The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting and coordinating recruiting department activities along with being central resource for internal and external communication regarding company hiring practices.


My commitment will include:

  • Overseeing the Employee Referral Program, including tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Identifying relevant Schools / Professional Associations and developing and maintaining relationships with key members.
  • Performing follow-up with new employees to assist with questions and ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Coordinating interviews with Hiring Mangers and other recruiting department employees.
  • Completing pre-hire reference checks
  • Acting as a liaison with corporate HR to facilitate processing of new hires.
  • Communicating with incoming new employees to ensure all details have been arranged for successful onboarding.
  • Data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking system.



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred or commiserate direct work experience commiserate in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related field
  • Experience: 1 year experience in Human Resources or staff recruiting. Health Care experience preferred.
  • Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Working knowledge of Human Resource functions. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with experience in the operation of office equipment.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation.
