The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with Corporate Recruiters to build and maintain the infrastructure necessary to support our organization’s growth demands. The initiatives are performed by identifying, attracting and engaging active or passive candidates to build and maintain a pipeline within desired talent populations.


My commitment will include:

  • Developing talent pools and pipelines by managing candidate databases, using Boolean searches, professional networks, social media, managing relationships with colleges, job boards and association lists to qualify candidates.
  • Managing and tracking the Employee Retention Program.
  • Developing passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipeline using varied sourcing techniques, from on-line databases, contract lists, internal databases and employee referrals.
  • Planning and developing Career Fairs for Corporate Recruiters to attend, including securing locations, amenities, advertisements and RSVPs of passive and active candidates.
  • Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to positions’ requirements and business’ needs.
  • Identifying and developing creative methodologies for sourcing a diverse group of high quality candidates to develop a candidate pipeline to fill current and potential needs.
  • Working with Recruitment Manager/Corporate Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies that meet company goals.


  • Education: High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in high volume staff recruiting. Health Care experience preferred.
  • Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate with iCims Applicant Tracking knowledge preferred
