    The Corporate Human Resource Coordinator performs Human Resource functions supporting the total employment process, and provides assistance to all staff company-wide to ensure all employment-related processes and requests are overseen.

     

    My commitment will include:

    • Establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient system of new hire enrollment and the establishment and maintenance of the employment record.
    • Assisting with the candidate selection process by application processing, pre-employment screening, background checks and follow-up activities related to the recruitment process.
    • Coordinating and performing the administrative portion of on-boarding for new employees, ensuring completion of required education and supporting documentation in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining computer entry of employee data from enrollment, status changes and information changes in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Administering employee benefit programs: new hire enrollment, status changes, open enrollment coordination and other benefit functions as required.
    • Administering and maintaining regulatory employee benefit processes for Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Benefits and employee safety requirements.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Associate Degree preferred.
    • Experience: 1-year experience in Human Resources. Health Care experience preferred.
    • Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Working knowledge of Human Resource functions. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with experience in the operation of office equipment.
