    The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for answering inquiries promptly and efficiently, and disseminating information about the agency.


    My commitment will include:

    • Establishing and maintaining effective and efficient systems for electronic work flow and communications to ensure the continuity of quality patient care is delivered.
    • Assisting with daily operations of the agency including coordinating and maintaining communication between Clinical Supervisors, clinicians, and patients or caregivers.



    • Education: Associate Degree preferred.
    • Experience: One (1) year experience in a health care setting.

    • Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and directs patient requests appropriately. Knowledge of medical terminology required, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate computer equipment, fax and photocopy machines necessary.
